Baguio City Police Traffic Enforcement Unit, Police Station 2 and Public Order and Safety Division personnel conduct and anti-road obstruction (ARO) operations at Lower Malvar St. up to Lopez Jaena. The operatives issued citation tickets and caused the removal of public utility and private vehicles illegally parked along the road upon orders of Mayor Benjamin Magalong who received a complaint from concerned residents on the rampant illegal parking activities in the area. The BCPO-TEU also engaged officials of the concerned barangays on their obligation to monitor and implement road clearing and ARO measures in their areas of jurisdiction. –
