PASKO SA KAPITOLYO 2023

A total of 38,587 kaprobinsiaan and tourists visited the Pasko sa Kapitolyo 2023 Lighting Ceremony at the Provincial Capitol Hill, City of San Fernando, La Union on December 1, 2023. This year’s Pasko sa Kapitolyo continued to use artificial snow to bring life to the event, traditional activities that may harm the environment.
