Peace and Order
To ensure that peace and order is maintained in the Province of La Union, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III meets the Chiefs of Police in all Municipalities and City in La Union headed by La Union Police Provincial Office PCOL Jay Reyes Cumigad on January 22, 2020 at the Diego Silang Hall, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Gov. Pacoy expressed his gratitude for their excellent service and PCOL Cumigad also expressed their commitment to continue what they’ve started.
