Ortega III greets representatives from various regional line agencies during the opening of PGS Mini Boot Camp (MBC) on January 29, 2018 at Agora Event Center, Thunderbird Resort, Poro Point, City of San Fernando, La Union. This event aims to strengthen partnership between the PGLU and different Regional line agencies to attain the vision of the province to become the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025.
