The provincial government of Pangasinan, led by Governor Amado I. Espino III, together with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) represented by Assistant Secretary Alan A. Silor signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the establishment of free public wifi in the province, a project called “Pipol Konek” during the 2nd FOO Luzon Cluster 2 Knowledge Exchange Conference 2017 for the Tech4ED Center Managers at the Sison on July 26 Auditorium in Lingayen.
