Acting Mayor Faustino Olowan , Baguio Rep Mark Go presents the plaque of appreciation of Vice Admiral Allan Ferdinan Cusi, Superintendent of Philippine Military Academy, with them are Councilors, Betty Tabanda, Elaine Sembrano, Philian Weygan, Vladimir cayabas, Lilia Farinas, Mylene Yaranon, Art Allad-iw, Pacoy Ortega and Benny Bomogan.
