PNP CARTS blood letting

Blood gift. Police trainees of the PNP Cordillera Administrative Region Training Center in Baguio City donated blood to the Philippine Red Cross during the “Pulis Ko Santa Claus Ko” Christmas program and treat of the PNP CARTC in Baguio City over the weekend.
The gift giving is a community activity of the PNP CARTC that aims to expose the 600 trainees undergoing the six months basic recruit course to the community and more importantly is to bring the PNP closer to the children and get them to trust the police.
