PRE-MEMBERSHIP EDUCATION SEMINAR (PMES) in Baguio Market to Home Delivery Association (BMHDA) headed by President Marilou Sambrana; Councilor Philian Weygan Allan, introduced the project and supported by Mayor Benjamin Magalong on its ordinance.
The project was crafted to ease the burden of marketing and quality produce closer and more accessible to the community held at Lourdes Grotto Proper Baguio Market to Home Delivery Association (BMHDA) services February 12, 2021.
