Private loan firm agent killed in Kalinga highway rob

BAGUIO CITY (September 29, 2021)— A loan agency agent was killed by still unidentified gunmen on September 28, 2021 along the provincial road in Barangay Cabaruan, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

Ryan Christopher Subac, 23, Micro Finance Officer of ASA Philippines, a native pf Gonzaga, Cagayan but now residing in Barangay Bulanao,Tabuk City, just came from collecting a payment of their client who loaned from their company.

He was heading on board his motorcycle back to their office in Barangay Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City when two unidentified men shot him on his chest then tolk his backpack as fell at the roadside.

Responding policemen rushed Subac to the Kalinga Provincial Hospital (KPH) but was declared dead on arrival.

The police recovered four spent shells of Caliber 45 at the crime scene.
