Protocol Violators At Tim Yap’s Bday Party Gaffe At The Manor Pay Fines

BAGUIO CITY (January 29, 2021) – Protocol violators in the birthday party at The Manor at Camp John paid penalties to the Baguio City government, the city’s Public Information Office (PIO) confirmed.
The Manor paid a total of P9,000 (P1,000 for violation of Ord. 45-2020 Face Mask Ordinance; P3,000 for violation of Ord. 46-2020 Physical Distancing Ordinance; P5,000 for violation of Ord. 53-2020 New Normal Operation for Business Establishments).
A total of 33 participants to the event including Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong’s wife –Arlene, birthday celebrant Tim Yap and artist KC Concepcion each paid P1,000 for violation of Ord. 45-2020 and P500 for Ord. 46-2020, the Baguio PIO said.
The Manor vowed through a written commitment to follow health protocols, one of the requirements of the Baguio City Permits and Licensing Division before it can renew its business permit.
According also to the PIO, the city’s Public Order and Safety Division issued the citations to the participants in the said party.
