A lost wallet belonging to Mr. Eddie Plata was returned after it was found by a City Hall security guard on Wednesday.
The security guard turned the wallet over to the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk. Mr. Plata was supposed to process documents at an office inside City Hall and later realized that his wallet is missing when he is about to bring out his ID.
