Start your meal off right with VINCENT’S PLACE delectable appetizers, PINUNEG, a smoked blood sausage encased with pork fat and spices on a bed of iceberg lettuce tossed in Sagada orange vinaigrette and topped with pickled red onion. If love potatoes, try BUGIAS PLATTER and delight your favorite potato served in 3 ways loaded with potato skins , salted egg ,potato chips as well as wavy cut home style fries served with garlic aioli. Intuno sampler would be a great choice, made of grilled chicken isaw, pork isaw, pork ear on stick, serve with intuno sauce and slices of jalapeno and cucumber.
If you want something fresh and natural, go for Cordillera’s Pride Salad or Pako Salad, crisp and refreshing salad with highland organic fern tossed in padas Suka iloko vinaigrette.

All-time favorite the Classic Pinikpikan, indeed a quintessential Cordillera dish cooked with etag, sayote tops, topped with tungsoy.
