Julienne Paran ,renowned Cordilleran fashion designer leads the launching of “The Elite Collective” to mark Cordillera Month. Edgardo ” Endong” M. Nevada and Marie Venus Tan, co chairman of city’s creative council, former Tourism Promotion Board (TPB) ,Chief Operating Officer and DOT-CAR regional director also graced the opening held at Paran’s designer studio.
