For the first time after 28 years of Panagbenga Festival the Regasco fuel company and the LPGMA Partylist led by its Rep. Arnel Ty and casts of Batang Quiapo joins in the float parade held along Session Road down to Melvin Jones grandstand in Burnham Park where tourist can have a public viewing all the 34 flower floats. Ty and the Batang Quiapo take advantage in educating the people around about the safety of fuel tanks. Congressman Arnel Ty of LPGMA Partylist demonstrate the safety of using the Regasco tank during their visit in Baguio City to promote the safety of using Regasco and its advantage ad it is safe and cheaper compares to other fuel companies. The conference was held at Microtel, Congressman Ty is with the casts of Batang Quiapo.
