The Technical Support Company and Headquarters personnel of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15) successfully conducted a Sulat Kamay campaign held in conjunction with the Family Development Session organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Virac, Itogon, Benguet on May 21, 2024. During the event, police officers of the RMFB15 educated the 180 participants about the recruitment strategies and deceptive practices of the Communist Terrorist Group.
The insightful presentations sparked a profound response among attendees, leading them to express their solidarity with the government’s anti-terrorism endeavors by signing a tarpaulin, thereby affirming their dedication to community peace and order. The Sulat Kamay campaign is part of the RMFB15’s ‘Liwanag Project,’ which is included in the “Panag-aywan iti Kailyan” program. Through campaigns like Sulat Kamay, the project not only raises awareness about critical issues such as terrorism but also fosters a sense of community involvement and commitment to positive change.
