Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III highlights that selfless vision of Dr. Jose Rizal should serve as an inspiration to the people of La Union, in his speech delivered by Executive Assistant IV Justo “Tito” Orros III, during the Rizal Day Ceremony on December 30, 2019 in front of the City Hall, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Also present during the event were Board Members Jennifer C. Mosuela; Maria Rosario Eufrosina P. Nisce; Frank O. Sibuma; and Nancy Corazon M. Bacurnay, Provincial Government of La Union Department heads and employees.
