RIZAL ROAD GROUNDBREAKING
National and local government officials led by DILG Undersecretary Marlo Iringan, National Security Council Usec. Vicente Agdamag with Kalinga Governor Ferdinand Tubban and Congressman Allen Jesse Mangaoang led the groundbreaking ceremony of the concreting of Barroga-Baggas access road worth P15M which is part of the roll out of implementation of the Barangay Development Program (BDP) of the National Task Force on Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) in Rizal, Kalinga last week.
The BDP aims to bring progress to conflict- affected communities that have been cleared with the P20M fund for development support projects.
It is the hallmark program of NTF- ELCAC which created through Executive Order 70 or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to end insurgency towards inclusive and sustainable peace.
