The city government of Baguio commended Khurt Lloyd Ngoaban Oloan during the Monday Flag Raising ceremony for his unselfish act.
He turned over to the Baguio tourist police office a Samsung A50 smartphone that he found in Burnham Park, which was lost by its owner, Ms. Lizel Damasco of Bukidnon.
Khurt already possesses the character of honesty that shows a good upbringing by his family and a role model to be followed for generations to come.
