The Regional Development Council – Regional Project Monitoring Committee inspected various engineering works being done along the BLISTT Outer Ring Circumferential Road Project to look into the situation of the road which is expected to provide alternate routes which will decongest traffic in the highly urbanized areas of the region reducing travel time by 50-60% when completed. The project has seven individual sections that will connect national roads and has a total length of 154.40 kilometers.
