The Regional Project Monitoring Committee of the RDC-Cordillera observed the distribution of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) cash subsidy for beneficiaries in Barangay Irisan in Baguio City on Tuesday to look into the process of giving the cash subsidy to the identified beneficiaries of the SAP in the barangays.

The team also looked for possible best practices being conducted during the SAP pay out and other areas for improvement which will be shared if applicable to other local government units.
