PCI Benedict Bete Gang-Aoen, BCPO Station 9 commander, conducted lecture to the members of senior citizen association, headed by Margaret Toledo, in the 32 puroks of Irisan during their monthly meeting held at Irisan-Pucay Fire Station at Purok 12, Irisan, Baguio City.
