The Department of Labor and Employment and Safety Practitioners Organization-Cordillera Administrative Region (SPO-CAR) turns over four new fire extinguishers and 18 refills of fire extinguisher to the Philippine Science High School in Irisan, Baguio City last May 30, 2017.
