Lead by City Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and Councilor Popo Cosalan held a general assembly to all members and affiliate of the SIGAC Philippines to renew its mission and vision to empower its members.

Also the SIGAC Philippines focus on how to assists members and its family ,especially the senior citizen and its students on the scholarship program flagship.

Aside, Mark Baliton the national chairman said that the SIGAC-PHilippines is now active on its community program in the city and nearby provinces of La Union and Ilocos regions.
