Goria Cantores, 82 years old from Sawili, Poblacion in Sablan, Benguet receives Social Amelioration Program (SAP) cash subsidy worth P5,500.00 during the pay out at Poblacion, Sablan last week.

The DSWD and the municipal local government opted to deliver the SAP pay out to the Sitio to avoid crowding at the Barangay Hall in Poblacion.
