Boy and Girl Scouts from the city’s elementary and secondary schools take over city hall positions last Oct. 23, with office assignments designated to them during the regular flag ceremony. The scout officials were given thorough orientation on the performance of duties in offices entrusted to them; Scout Valerie Vaughn Tablac of the University of Baguio Science High School (UBSHS)
who unseats Congressman Marquez Go for a day; and Scout Mary Grace Lamwas of Irisan National High School (INHS) who takes on the responsibilities of Mayor Benjamin Magalong.
