Sexual predator who had been raping young girl since two years ago in Ilocos Norte now in police custody

BAGUIO CITY (July 13, 2021)— A 59-year old man is facing criminal charges for raping a now 13-year old girl in Bangui, Ilocos Norte.
Bangui town police said the suspect started raping the victim when she was still 11 years old.
The sexual predator is the neighbor of the victim.
Based on the investigation, the sexual attack began two years in the house of the victim as the suspect had been taking advantage when the victim’s father head to the sea to fish at night.
The child was left alone in their house as her parents have been separated.
The victim did not tell anybody about what the suspect is doing to her as she feared for her life and her father.
Police said the victim only took the courage to reveal her ordeal after two years.
