Sharing blood, saving lives
Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) resident physicians Dr. Reynaldo Verganio Jr. and Dr. Arvin Noscal conduct routine visit to Mr. Lazaro Valmonte Jr., a resident of Ballogo, Bacnotan, La Union after his leg operation. He was a recipient of free two blood bags/units from the blood donations of hospital employees and partner agencies in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross La Union-San Fernando City Chapter.
