SHDA REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO LIVABLE, AFFORDABLE COMMUNITIES

The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) has reaffirmed its commitment to provide safe, affordable, and sustainable housing. SHDA, the country’s largest industry association of housing and urban developers in the country, recently marked its 54th anniversary. Over 350 members from eight regional chapters and
more than 30 affiliate members, across the country gathered and reaffirmed their vision and mission during the anniversary. With continued support from industry leaders, government partners, and stakeholders, SHDA aims to
lead more initiatives that will shape the housing landscape in the Philippines for generations to come.

“Let us continue to work together, innovate, and strive for excellence in all that we do. Hand in hand with government agencies and private sector organizations, said SHDA National Chairman, Arch. Leonardo Dayao Jr. in his message. ‘I am confident that with our collective efforts, we can overcome any obstacle and seize new opportunities. The future holds immense potential, and SHDA commits to continue to be a catalyst of positive
change for the housing industry,’ Dayao added. SHDA National President Atty. Joy Manaog for his part
said : “Our work is far from done and the journey ahead may be challenging, but with optimism and determination, we can achieve great things.

Together, we can build a brighter, more inclusive future for all Filipinos,” Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta, through Pag-IBIG Home Lending Operations Cluster DCEO Benjamin R. Felix Jr., stressed the importance of collaboration in achieving housing goals and praised SHDA for its dedication to the housing industry.
