City officials headed by outgoing City Mayor Mauricio Domogan and City Administrator Carlos Canilao honor retired Police major Erlinda Lavandia during Monday’s city hall flag raising ceremony for winning four (4) gold medals in Javeline Throw; Discus Throw; Shot Put; and Hammer Throw events at the just concluded SEA games (female senior events category).
Lavandia will receive a total of Php120 thousand cash incentive from the city government of Baguio. Also in photo are outgoing City Councilors Edgar Avila; Leandro Yangot, Jr.; Elmer Datuin; and re-elected councilors Benny Bomogao; Elaine Sembrano; Lilia Fariñas; and Mylen Yaranon.
