After the culinary demo of Girlie Apuntan of Cordilleran Cuisine and Joveilyn Sianen of Sinner or Saint Café, highland delicacies including Kapangan Kinuday and Benguet Shawarma were served during the launching of SM’s “Malling is More Fun in the Philipines”.

Also highlighted were the delicacies Pinikpikan and Pinuneg, 100 bowls of Salad (Garden Salad with Peanut Brittle drizzled with lime fish Sauce Vinaigrette) from the different partner institutions of 60 students and 4 Chefs from SKD Academy, Sinner or Saint Café and Tam-Awan Village at The Drive, SM City Baguio on May 17, 2019.
