Bulwayan Jr., City Director, Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) receive a token of appreciation as Guest of Honor and Speaker during the graduation rites of mall guards on June 22, 2023 held at SM City Baguio.The security men who will be deployed in Baguio City, Tuguegarao, and Pangasinan SM Malls were trained in basic life support, fire and safety.
