COMELEC Baguio Election Officer John Paul A. Martin, led the Solidarity Pact Signing for the 2025 National and Local Elections (NLE) and BARMM Parliamentary Election held at Melvin Jones Grandstand, Baguio City, on February 12. Key officials and representatives from various government agencies, including the DILG Baguio City Director Millicent Cariño; National Police Commission – CAR, DPWH CAR, Department of Education – Baguio, Joint Task Unit “Panagkaykaysa” of the Philippine Army, Philippine Information Agency – CAR, media partners, faith-based organizations, and other stakeholders, joined in signing the solidarity pledge.
