Cordillerans picketing the meeting of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) and the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) and the Regional Development Council (RDC) to remind them that the ongoing construction of the China-funded Chico River Pump Irrigation Project will doom the province of Kalinga and the country because of the onerous loan agreement between the Chinese and the Philippine government.
