SSS-Dagupan processing center muling binuksan

LUNGSOD NG DAGUPAN, PANGASINAN – Muling ibinukas ng Social Security System (SSS) ang processing center dito sa lungsod noong Oktubre 29 upang mapagsilbihan nang maigi ang mga miyembro nito.
“On the back of our branch expansion efforts, the creation of an extension office to decongest our Tarlac processing center will help reduce the turnaround time in handling SSS transactions,” ani SSS President at Chief Executive Officer Emmanuel Dooc, na siya ring nanguna sa pagbubukas ng center.
Ang bagong pasilidad ng SSS ay tatanggap at magpo-proseso sa mga sickness, maternity, employees’ compensation medical claim reimbursement, disability, retirement, at death claims.
“As we bring SSS services closer to our members, we also want to ensure that benefits and privileges are given immediately to the rightful members and beneficiaries. Rest assured that SSS will provide quality service for the benefit of transacting members and employers here in Pangasinan,” ani Dooc.
Ayon kay SSS Commissioner Gonzalo Duque, noong 2010 nang inilipat ang SSS processing center at naging sentro nito ang Tarlac processing facility.
“We received a lot of complains dahil pupunta pa raw sila sa Tarlac. I worked it out na maibalik dito. The SSS president, through the Board, approved it,” ani Duque.
“Dati sa Tarlac, they said processing time is six days but reports reaching us says it took one month. But with the processing center opened here, at most, it will take three days to process claims,” aniya.
Sinabi ni Duque na ang SSS Dagupan processing center ay nagsimulang tumanggap ng transaksyon noong Setyembre 24.
