Stela and Cartc Physical Fitness Agreement

Saint Louis University School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts Dean Felina Panas Espique referred to as “STELA” and the Cordillera Administrative Region Training Center (CARTC) Deputy Regional Training Director represented by PLTCOL Manolito Dicuaten Parazo, referred to as “CARTC” after signing the Memorandum of Agreement collectively referred to as “PARTIES” undertake to collaborate and provide an intensive and comprehensive training on outdoor and adventure activities consistent within the parameters of existing laws, regulations
and policies. STELA has adopted a new curriculum in Physical Education which is the physical activity towards Health and Fitness.
The training program was conducted on May 28 to 30, 2019, another training on outdoor and adventure activities shall be scheduled.
The CARTC shall lend its expertise by making available its trainers to provide training to the FIT teachers of STELA through the supervision and coordination with SLU Department of Physical Education head Shiela Marie Marquez and PEMS Student Affairs Section chief Bernard Diaz Briones, CARTC Organizers.
