A total of 13 grantees from the different municipalities inked contract with the Provincial Government of Benguet led by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas for the Study Now, Pay Later (SNPL-Medicine) Program on December 4, 2024. Study Now, Pay Later (SNLP) is a program of the provincial government, loaning grants to individuals who wish to pursue Doctor of Medicine Degree.
