Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police General Guillermo Eleazar unwraps a solar painting by Jordan Mang – usan commissioned by Benguet caretaker Eric Go Yap.
The solar painting was given by Yap thru his chief of staff Kevin See during a testimonial dinner on Aug. 16 joined by Gov. Melchor Diclas and the 13 municipal mayors of Benguet.
