President Rodrigo Roa Duterte hands over a surprise gift, a house and lot package to Cadet 2nd Lt. Dionne Apolog Umalla for being the top one of the 261-member graduating Philippine Military Academy “Mabalasik” (Mandirigma ng Bayan at Sarili Iaalay para sa Kapayapaan) Class 2019, during the graduation rites on May 26 at Fort del Pilar, Baguio City. Umalla is from Alilem, Ilocos Sur.
