Syndicated Illegal Recruiter Arrested

BAGUIO CITY – one Illegal recruiter nabbed in the intensified implementation of Enhanced Managing Police Operation (EMPO) by the Baguio City Police Office.
This office under the supervision of the City Director, PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO arrested Sonia Bicol Gaba a.k.a. “GWEN” a.k.a. “LC GWEN”, 41 years old and a native of Batangas Province and residence of Loakan Proper, Baguio City for Illegal Recruitment by Syndicate at about 5:10PM on December 4, 2019.
The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Emmanuel Cacho Rasing, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 3, Baguio City for a case of Illegal Recruitment by Syndicate under Criminal Case Number 43016-R and 43017-R with no bail recommended.
Arrested accused is presently detained at the Baguio City Jail Female Dorm by virtue of a Detention Mitimus issued by the concerned honorable court.
