Businessman Fernando Tiong President of Megapines Realty Development Inc. and his associates were very glad to the successful launching and pre-selling o 406 condominium units of Megatower residences IV and VII and at the City View Condominium. Also present during the thanksgiving and launching were Fernando Laranang President of Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA) Baguio-Benguet chapter, Emmanuel S. Clemente President /CEO ESC
Corporation and some of the awardees. The event was held at Citylight Hotel last July 29, 2023.
