The inauguration was led by the Department of Public Works and Highways-Cordillera (DPWH-CAR) regional director Tiburcio Canlas; Office of Civil Defense-Cordillera (OCD-CAR) regional director Albert A. Mogol; Benguet Lone District representative Ronald M. Cosalan; and Benguet Vice Governor Florence B. Tingbaoen.
