Athlete Felix Balbi from Urdaneta City National High School confidently performed his move using the style of force and balancing in Javelin throw. He got the record for 3rd attempt with 32.92 which is the highest point in the record during the Milo Little Olympics 2017 held at Baguio Athletic Bowl last September 9, 2017.
