THE SISTERHOOD PROJECT AND MOA SIGNING BETWEEN THE PROVINCES OF BENGUET AND NORTHERN SAMAR

The sisterhood project and MOa signing between the provinces of Benguet and Northern Samar was established today March 14, 2025 held at the Benguet Capitol. This was a bench marking activity by its proponent Benguet Board Member Marierose Fongwan-Kepes to strengthen the local investment and livelihood code for Benguet. This is to further increase the economic progress and improve business climate in the province. The signing was made by Benguet Governor Dr. Melchor Diclas, Governor Edwin Ongchuan ans witnessed by Northern Samar 2nd District Representative Harris Ongchuan and Vice-Governor Clarence Dato and its author Board Member Marierose Fongwan-Kepes together with the more than 80 delegates.
