After the ritual ceremony led by Onjon ni Ivadoy, the ribbon cutting of the 7th TiongSan Diskwento Caravan held at Baguio Convention Center was led by Secretary to the mayor Raffy Tallocoy, Councilors Leandro Yangot and Ellaine Sembrano, Department of Trade and Industry Baguio-Benguet Provincial Director Freda M. Gawisan and TiongSan Harrison Vice-President Jasper Golangco during the opening last Nov. 17, 2017. Thousands of consumers flocked the 3-day blast of diskwento.
