Tourists as Blood Donors

A tourist from Lucena City, Quezon Province, Mr. Jose Ernest Guinauli, donates his blood during the 13th Mass Blood Donation activity at Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) on May 17, 2019. Said project which was done in partnership with the National Voluntary Blood Services Program (NVBSP) – Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center (ITRMC) yielded a total of 41 blood units.
