With the theme “Celebrating Traditions, Embracing Innovation”, eight competing floats showed the importance of the culture and traditions of the Cordillera, during the third edition of the Fluvial Float at Burnham Lake, which was part of the celebration of the Panagbenga Festival in Baguio City, on February 18.
