BIR-CAR  Regional Director Conrado C. Lee, awarded the Certificate of Recognition to Top 10 Taxpayers of Baguio City and also to other revenue district office in the region, during the BIR Tax Campaign Kick Off last March 17, 2017 at SM-Baguio City.
