The Deputy Regional Director for Administration PCSupt. R’Win Pagkalinawan spearheaded the blessing and turn-over of 38 brand new vehicles on Sept.24 at the Police Regional Office-Cordillera headquarters in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet.
