Bauang Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III hands over the keys to Region 1 regional director PCSupt. Charlo C. Collado to be used and manned by Chief of Police Major Joel P. Lagto as part of the turn over ceremony of LGU’s assistance to PNP. Witnessed by Provincial Director PSSupt Leo M. Francisco, Bauang Vice-mayor Bonifacio Malinao and members of the council.
