TWO TEENAGER-STUDENTS CAUGHT SELLING MARIJUANA KUSH AND OIL IN NUEVA VIZCAYA

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Nueva Vizcaya operatives along with policemen caught two teenagers during a drug sting
10:00 Tuesday evening, April 8, 2025, at Vista Alegre, Bayombong town in Nueva Vizcaya. The suspects— Alias Shaun,18; and Alias Ivan, 19, both students from Barangay Salvacion, also in Bayombong— were frisked of at least 13 grams of suspected high-grade marijuana “Kush” with an administrative estimated street value of P15,600; at leasr 150 grams dried marijuana leaves and stalks, with an estimated street value of P18,000; a vape cartridge containing suspected marijuana oil containing more or less 1 mL and other drug paraphernalia. PDEA- NV said the duo tried to sold the “Kush” to an undercover government operative prompting the arrest and seizured of the illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Both will face violations of Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
